To create a listing, log in to your landlord account, go to your Dashboard, and click "Create New Listing." Fill out all required information including property details, photos, and contact information. Listings are free and go live immediately after creation.
How do I search for properties?
Use the search bar on the homepage or visit the Search page. You can filter by location, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and more. You can also use the map view to see properties by location.
Is it really free to post listings?
Yes! ApartmentAds.com is 100% free for landlords and agents to post unlimited listings. There are no hidden fees, no commissions, and no credit card required.
How do I contact a landlord about a property?
Click on any listing to view details, then use the "Contact Landlord" button or form on the listing page. Your message will be sent directly to the landlord, who can respond through the platform.
Can I save listings to view later?
Yes! Create a free renter account and you can save your favorite listings. You'll also be able to receive alerts when new listings match your search criteria.
How do I update or delete my listing?
Go to your Dashboard, find the listing you want to modify, and click "Edit" to update information or "Delete" to remove the listing. Changes are saved immediately.
What should I do if I see a suspicious listing?
If you encounter a listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, or violates our Terms of Service, please contact us immediately at Lance@BostonApartments.com with the listing details. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
How do I report a problem or bug?
If you encounter any technical issues or bugs, please email us at Lance@BostonApartments.com with a description of the problem, what you were trying to do, and any error messages you received. We'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
